Fitness content rarely focuses on men over 40. This plan was built specifically for them, demanding a design approach that reflected their reality, not a generic fitness aesthetic. Photography was sourced exclusively in home and outdoor settings, where this audience trains. A new chart system was built from scratch with the Men's Health Fitness Director, designed to flex across variable exercise counts and a 3-phase intensity progression. Men over 40 deserve a fitness product built from the ground up for them, not retrofitted from content that doesn't address their needs and lifestyle.
